We have ISO 27001 certificated and have established ISO 27001 Information Security Management System（ISMS）. We follow our Corporate Information security Policy （CIS Policy）that covers asset management, human resource security, physical and environment security, access control, communications and operations management, business continuity management, information systems development and maintenance, compliance to ensure information security. We are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with Client to clarify the confidentiality obligations.
We acknowledge that all Deliverables are being created for Client as “works made for hire” and shall be the exclusive property of Client, and all of our Standard Tools, including all the proprietary tools, methodologies and materials owned previously by Hengtian, shall remain the property of us.
We offer flexible methods to ensure high-quality, on-time off-shore delivery based on your requirements. We can work on our local dev environment that strictly complies with ISO standards. Upon request, we can also operates in your side’s dev environment via Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
From the initial contact until the successful delivery of a project, we provide single contact point (account manager) who will typically go through five phases. Early on, we will draft a project proposal based on your special business needs, upon the consensus we will establish a core seed team, clarify roles for each party. The project will then begin and advance steadily as needed. Then the project will be finished and delivered.
